Recycling is a key process for reducing waste and conserving resources. By recycling and processing discarded materials, primarily cellulose fibers, new products can be created with a significantly reduced impact on the environment.
In practice, recycling is often applied to a wide range of everyday products such as cardboard boxes, plates, glasses, as well as technological waste that includes paper residues from production. All of these materials can be collected, sorted and processed to turn them into raw materials suitable for the production of new items.
More specifically, the recycling process of these materials can produce high-quality chrome cardboard. Chromo board, known for its strength, smooth surface and often glossy finish, is ideal for the production of a variety of products that require aesthetic appeal and functionality, such as new cardboard boxes and plates.
In addition to the obvious environmental benefits, such as reducing the amount of waste in landfills and preserving forests, recycling also contributes to the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions and conserves energy. Through recycling, we create sustainable production processes that support the circular economy, creating a reuse chain in which valuable resources are not wasted unnecessarily, but are maximized.
By implementing innovative methods and technologies in the recycling process, we can simultaneously ensure the quality and sustainability of the final products. Continuous Growth & Development
Fit Step d.o.o. highly values its strategic position, located in Lapovo, because the proximity of Corridor 10 and the railway junction provides us with a significant logistical advantage. This location allows us efficient distribution and easier access to markets.
Our production capacity includes spatially well-organized facilities: a production facility with an area of 1400 m², a warehouse of finished products of 300 m², a warehouse of raw materials of 400 m², and an administrative building that occupies 250 m². This infrastructure enables us to operate efficiently and support all stages of the production process.
Our company has 45 full-time employees, 75% of whom are directly engaged in production. This professional workforce ensures that we continuously deliver quality and innovative products, tailored to the needs of our clients and markets.
Fit Step d.o.o. prides itself on continuous investment in state-of-the-art technological equipment that improves our production efficiency and ability to meet the growing needs of the market. We have recently integrated new machines into our production process, including a modern flexo printing machine, then new dies and production lines for forming cardboard plates and cups. These investments have dramatically increased our daily production capability, which now reaches a capacity of approximately one million units per day.
On a weekly basis, depending on the type and design of the cardboard plates, we produce about 150 pallets of finished products, which enables a quick and adequate response to the needs of our clients.
Considering the successful results and the growing demand, at the beginning of 2025, we plan to significantly increase our production capacity by an additional 70%. This ambitious plan requires new investments in infrastructure and modernization, which will ensure even greater production efficiency and a competitive advantage in the market.
